How does this work?

I was looking at this and can't figure out what you need to do to get this to work. I may be missing a program or something, but I was wondering if someone can assist?

You need to download the template from the 'template/logo' link, John. Once you do, read the thread I posted earlier on applications and how-to's. Should get you on the right course.
